This class will review the Ayurvedic understanding of the mind, and mental-emotional health. Treatment strategies for common mental health complaints (including depression, SAD, and anxiety) will be covered.
Clinical cases will be taken and discussed in the afternoon session.
Come and spend the day exploring the disorders of the mind with Dr. Jayarajan Kodikannath.
Conducted by: Dr. Jayarajan Kodikannath, Academy Director, Kerala Ayurveda. Dr. J has been a practicing Ayurveda doctor in Kerala Ayurveda Hospitals in India for more than 15 years.
